Eugene E. (Buggie) Beguhn

Seaman Second Class Eugene Beguhn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Beguhn, 655 Wisconsin Street, is home from Great Lakes, IL on a 14-day leave.

Eugene E. Beguhn, Seaman Third Class, son of Mrs. and Mrs. Emil Beguhn, 655 Wisconsin Street, is now serving somewhere in the South Pacific.  

He entered the Navy in January 1944 and received his training at Great Lakes, IL and at Norfolk, VA.  

His brother, Corporal Armond Beguhn, is serving somewhere in Burma.

Eugene E. Beguhn, whose picture was published among those serving on the seas, holds the rating of Seaman Second Class.  He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Beguhn, 655 Wisconsin Street.

PROMOTION
Eugene E. Beguhn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Beguhn, has recently been promoted to Seaman First Class.  Seaman Beguhn is serving in the New Guinea area and has taken part in the invasion of the Philippines.
