Raymond Berger

According to word received here, Sergeant Raymond Berger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Berger, Durand, is serving in Italy.  

Sergeant Berger entered the service in February 1942 and, after leaving for overseas duty, has been in England, Africa, Sicily, and Italy.


GOOD CONDUCT
Corporal Raymond Berger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Berger, Durand, Route 3, has been awarded the Good Conduct Medal for “faithful service and devotion to duty,” according to information received from the Public Relations Office of the XII Troop Carrier Command. Corporal Berger entered the Army in January 1942 and has just completed 17 months overseas service with the Troop Carrier Command, during which time he has been stationed in England, North Africa, and Sicily.
