|GERALD T. BONUS
According to word received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Bonus, Seattle, WA, formerly of Eau Claire, Gerald T. Bonus, Seaman Second Class Soundman, has arrived in the South Pacific.
He entered the service in January of this year and received his training in Farragut, Idaho.
He has two brothers also in the service, Corporal Robert E. Bonus, stationed in England, and Warren J. Bonus training at Camp Blanding, FL.

|Gerald, Robert, and Warren Bonus all grew up on McDonough Street on the northside. Warren played football and was the punter on the 1941 Senior High Football team. One of the best teams produced on the schools existence.|
