Elmer E. Eggen

CPL. ELMER E. EGGEN 
Corporal Elmer E. Eggen, son of Mrs. Bessie P. Eggen, 1203 Pershing Street, has arrived safely somewhere in Africa, according to word received by his mother.

He entered the service in 1940 and trained at Camp Livingston. He received an honorable discharge just before the war was declared and was recalled to service with the Reserve on October 21, 1942.  

 


IN ITALY
Elmer E. Eggen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Rau, 1203 Pershing Street, has been transferred from North Africa to somewhere in Italy. Elmer is a Military Police in Military Railway Service and has been overseas since May 11, 1943.
