Orville C. Goulet

Private First Class Orville C. Goulet of the Fourth Division Marines has arrived at the Marshall Islands, according to a V-mail letter received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Goulet, Route 6, Chippewa Falls.

Private First Class Goulet enlisted in the Marines in April 1943 and received his basic training at Camp Elliott, San Diego, CA and also at Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, CA.

Wilbur A. Goulet, Fireman Second Class, Motor Machinist, has arrived in the Southwest Pacific, according to word received by his parents, Mr. and  Mrs. Homer Goulet, Chippewa Falls, Route 6.

He entered the Navy on February 25, 1944 and received his training at Camp Waldon; Farragut, Idaho; Iowa State College, Ames, Iowa; Dearborn, Michigan; Shoemaker, California; and Camp Elliott, San Diego, California.

A brother, Private First Class Orville Goulet, is at sea with the Marine Corps.
