Francis J. Jacobson

Private Francis Jacobson has returned to his post at Camp Edwards, MA, after spending a 12-day furlough with his family here. His wife accompanied him as far as Chicago on his return.

Private Francis Jacobson has returned to his post at Camp Davis, NC, after spending an 8-day furlough here with his wife and family.

GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL
Private Francis Jacobson, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Jacobson, 537 Germania Street, has been awarded the Good Conduct Medal. Private Jacobson entered the service in August 1943 and is now serving with U.S. Forces in Belgium, according to a letter recently received by his mother.

IN BELGIUM
Private Francis J. Jacobson, Eau Claire, is now "serving somewhere in Belgium", it has been announced by Headquarters, Ninth Air Defense Command. Private Jacobson is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Jacobson, 537 Germania Street. His wife, Mrs. Francis Jacobson, and their son, live at 516 Cochrane Street.

Private Francis J. Jacobson, Eau Claire, is now serving somewhere in Belgium.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Jacobson, 537 Germania Street, and his wife, Mrs. Francis Jacobson, and their son and daughter live at 516 Cochrane Street.

Private Jacobson entered the service on August 11, 1943 and received his training at Camp Edwards, MA; Farmingdale, NY; and Camp Davis, NC. 

He went overseas last August with an anti-aircraft battery, first to England, then France, and is now in Belgium.


GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL
Private First Class Francis Jacobson, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Jacobson, 537 Germania Street, now serving with an anti-aircraft unit somewhere "east of the Rhine," has been awarded the Good Conduct Medal. He was sent overseas last August and was stationed in Belgium for several months.
