NEILAN JOHNSON OLIVER JOHNSON
Two brothers, sons of Mrs. Oline Johnson of Big Slough, east of Pigeon Falls, chanced to meet somewhere in North Africa.

Private First Class Oliver Johnson, 28, has been stationed there since Christmas of 1942. In late December, Private First Class Neilan Johnson, 30, was sent overseas. It happened that a new outfit was moving into the place where Oliver was stationed, and he discovered it was the division to which his brother belonged. He went out hunting for him and found boys in his company who knew him, but they said he was out. He returned to his barracks and found Neilan there waiting for him.

They spent a happy evening and several hours together the next day, and then Neilan had to move on with his outfit.

Both are with the Infantry.
