Richard G. Johnson has arrived safely somewhere in North Africa, according to word received by his wife, who lives in Osseo. He is the son of Mrs. Katherine Johnson of this city.
He entered the service on November 30, 1942 and received his basic training at Camp Wolters, TX.

|Word has been received, here, that Sergeant Donald C.
Johnson, has been missing in action somewhere in Belgium since December
19. He is the son of Mrs. Kathryn Johnson, formerly of Eau Claire and
now living in Seattle, WA.
His wife, the former Therese Talarico, and son are making their home with her parents in Phoenix, AZ.
Sergeant Johnson entered service in September 1942 and left for overseas with an Armored Field Artillery Unit in August 1944.
He has two brothers and a sister in service, First Lieutenant Owen M. Johnson, Army Air Forces in Belgium, Private Richard G. Johnson with the Quartermaster Corps in Italy, and Lorraine, Store keeper Third Class in the WAVES at Treasure Island, San Francisco.
