Clark W. Lee

Clark W. Lee, of the Medical Detachment at Fairmont Army Air Field, Geneva, NE was recently promoted to Technician Fourth Grade.  He attended Sanitary School at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, AR and is at present a Sanitary Technician.  Sergeant Lee has been in the service since December 1942.  His mother, Mrs. S. A. Lee resides at 1038 Oxford Avenue.

Clark W. Lee Is Commissioned in Medical Corps

Clark W. Lee, son of Mrs. Sam A. Lee, 1038 Oxford Avenue, was one of a class of 190 who were commissioned Second Lieutenants in the Medical Administration Corps Wednesday in exercises held at the Officers Candidate school at Carlisle, PA.

Chosen to attend the school by reason of military records, the men won their commissions in the Medical Administrative Corps on the basis of merit and outstanding performance of duty.

Lieutenant Lee entered the service in November 1942 and was a medical inspector in the Army  Air Forces before being selected for the Officers Candidate School in February of this year.

He is a graduate of the Colfax High School and attended the University of Wisconsin, where he was affiliated with Delta Chi before entering the service.

Lieutenant Lee will return to Carlisle, PA following a ten-day leave.
