AT GREAT LAKES
Otto E. Linse, 18, of 612 North Oxford Avenue and George B. Oberle, 18, of 314 ˝ Wisconsin Street are receiving their initial Naval indoctrination at the Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, IL.

IN NAVY
Two Eau Claire Bluejackets were enrolled recently in an intensive course at the Electrical Naval Training School located at the St. Louis, MO Naval Armory.  They are Otto E. Linse, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. E. Linse, 612 North Oxford Avenue and Donald K. Skinner, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peder Skinner, 212 Galloway Street.

2 Bluejackets Graduated from Electric School

Two Eau Claire Bluejackets were graduated recently from the Naval Training School (Electric) at the St. Louis, MO Naval Armory.

They are now awaiting further duty orders to sea or to some shore station where their training will help them earn the Petty Officer rate of Electrician’s Mate Third Class.

The graduates are Otto E. Linse, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. E. Linse 612 N. Oxford Avenue and Donald K. Skinner, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peder Skinner, 212 Galloway Street.
