SGT. MYRON MARKESON
Sergeant Myron Markeson, United States Army, has arrived in India, according to word received by his wife, Mrs. Myron Markeson, Pinehurst. 

Sergeant Markeson entered the service in April 1942 and received his training at Waco, TX; Amarillo, TX; Seattle, WA; and Great Bend, KS.


RETURNS TO U.S.
Sergeant Myron R. Markeson, whose wife resides at 667 1/2 Wisconsin Street, has been returned to the Army Air Forces Redistribution Center at Miami Beach, FL, after flying 17 missions as tail gunner in the China, Burma, India Theater of War. He won the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal with two clusters.

BACK FROM ORIENT
Staff Sergeant Myron R. Markeson, Army Air Forces, returning from 11 months overseas in the China, Burma, India Theater of Operations, will soon arrive at 667 1/2 Wisconsin Street, where he will visit his wife.
